Based on the Android 15, ColorO 15 and OxygenOS 15 will officially launch in China in the coming weeks, while pixel device owners still waiting for the Stable version of the Android 15. The next version of ColorSO and OxygenOS is to bring smoother animation, a revamped control center, more customized, and much more. Now, the first look of the ColorOS 15 and OxygenOS 15 features has lacked surface online.
ColorOS 15 and OxygenOS 15 first look surfaced online showing features similar to iOS
Recently, OnePlus released the ColorOS 15 beta update for OnePlus 12 users in China. Meanwhile, SmartPrix arranges some of the OxygenOS 15 or ColorOS 15 features that coming to OnePlus devices later this year.
Plus, OPPO already confirmed that ColorOS 15 will launch on October 17th at ODC24 in China. Moreover, all the ColorOS 15 features should come on the OxygenOS 15 software update.
ColorOS 15/OxygenOS 15 features:
As per the report, OxygenOS 15 and ColorOS 15 bring Dynamic Island, Smooth Animations, Advanced Blur, Redesigned Control Centre, and AOD to Lock Screen Transition.
Dynamic Island Feature (Fluid Cloud)
Fluid Cloud is similar to the Dynamic Islands feature in iOS, which can store up to four apps, while Apple can only stack two apps. It sits in the punch-hole of the phone’s screen and displays live activities like timers, order status, playing music, and more.
Advance Blur:
It improves the blue effect in the Notification shade and control center.
Animation:
The source report states that users can open multiple apps simultaneously without any lag and the new animations will make the experience fluid and seamless.

Redesigned Control Centre
Moreover, this major update will get a major new design to the Control Center, which appears to borrow elements from the iOS/HyperOS skin. It has two modes:
- Classic Mode: it will be similar to ColorOS 14
- Split Mode: Where the notifications and quick toggle sections will be separate.
With ColorOS 15 or OxygenOS 15, there are two toggle switches at the top, a media player section, a brightness slider (including an auto brightness toggle), a volume slider, and a horizontally scrollable toggle.
AOD to Lock Screen Transition
The upcoming version of ColorOS OxygenOS will bring improved transitions from ‘Always-on Display (AOD)’ to the lock screen and then to the home screen. Moreover, OnePlus users will get glass effects, change clock font styles, and adjust clock colors on the lock screen.
