OnePlus 12 and 12R OxygenOS 15 open beta is rolling out

OnePlus opens the OxygenOS 15 open beta program for its latest flagship devices in India. From today, the OnePlus 12 and 12R users can enroll in the OxygenOS 15 open beta test program. A few days ago, the OnePlus 12 received the OxygenOS 15 closed beta. And now a more stable version than the closed beta is now live for the OnePlus 12.

After the announcement of the open beta roadmap, OnePlus fans were eagerly waiting to test the latest features of the OxygenOS 15 upgrade. Now, with this open beta program opportunity, users can experience the latest features and improved UI before the release of the fully stable version.

How to apply for OxygenOS 15 open beta of OnePlus 12 users

First of all, the application for the open beta program is available from October 30 to November 5, so both device users have to apply as soon as possible. Your OnePlus 12 device must be on detectable version OxygenOS CPH2573_14.0.0.850(EX01). For OnePlus 12R, the detectable version is CPH2585_14.0.0.832(EX01) or CPH2585_14.0.0.833(EX01).

Application process:

First, go to Settings, then tap on About device and select OxygenOS banner.
Now click the icon on the top right, select Beta program >> Release candidate, and update now.
Checking for the new update, download and install it.

For the OnePlus 12, the OxygenOS 15 open beta update comes in a download package size of 3.3 GB. And users can identify it with the new build version CPH2573_15.0.0.205(EX01). On the other hand, OnePlus 12R users can recognize the upgrade with version number CPH2585_15.0.0.200(EX01U140P01). For OnePlus 12R, software download package size is around 3.5 GB.

This is not a fully stable version, so it could harm your data or application behavior. You should install it on your secondary device or at your own risk.
