OnePlus Watch 3 with Rotating Crown
The design of the OnePlus Watch 3 will retain the previous design and address the updated features. This feature will make navigation easier, especially when touchscreen controls become difficult, such as in the case of wet hands, and it is similar in concept to Apple’s crown. The watch adds ECG (electrocardiography) functionality, which will enhance the health tracking activities.
The OnePlus Watch 3 is expected to come with LTE support, which makes it independent from the device. The company tries to make it free pairing devices support that means users can make calls, get notifications, and stream music directly without connecting with mobile. And reports suggest that this feature may be available for a few markets, such as China.
The company decided to make it a more powerful performance watch to compete with high-level smartwatches like Apple and Samsung. The watch is powered by the Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor, and it will have 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM storage. It is listed on the FCC certificate, which shows it to come with a 631 mAh battery performance.
Surprisingly, the watch will run on a dual OS setup, which will be a combination of WearOS and RTOS. Additionally, according to the FCC listing, the size will be 46.6×47.6×11.75mm, which will be slightly bigger than the OnePlus Watch 2 model. Its model number is OPWWE251, and it has passed the FCC certification, which indicates that the global launch is near.
