Galaxy S25 will be the next flagship device for the upcoming year from Samsung. This will the first device that will arrive with One UI 7 out of the box. Galaxy S25 release date
Samsung usually introduced its flagship Galaxy S series device in the starting of every year. For instance, the Galaxy S24 was launched back in mid-January. It appeared with One UI 6.1.
But as this time the company is taking time to release its original Android 15 based update so it is expected that this may also delay the timeline of launch of Galaxy S25. Most possibly it may be shifted to late Quarter 1 from February late to early March.

Samsung is reported using the same display material for Galaxy S25 ultra display which was used in the predecessor. Here we are talking about the M13 material which is responsible to give antireflective properties. Meanwhile its competitor, iPhone 16 pro max is using M14 material.
However, it is the reports are claiming that the display brightness and screen color accuracy is increased. It is possible that with the cost cutting the company is also successful in enhancing the display experience.
Galaxy S25 design and colors
Samsung Galaxy S25 is still following the Galaxy S22 ultra legacy where the device is equipped with quad camera setup with clean look. Meanwhile if we talk about the front side, we will get the punch hole camera at the front. The main noticeable difference will be the screen to body ratio. According to the reports the display wil be 73.0 mm and full body width is 77.6mm and the size of screen dynamically will be 6.86 inch.
for comparison the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be narrower, yet it is bigger than the Galaxy S24 Ultra which is 72.3mm width. More specifially the next ultra will be available in these dimensions: 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm.
Meanwhile, the color variants of the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be tagged name as Titanium including Black, Green, Blue and one mysterious Tinaniuml. Meanwhile as per traditions the device will also get some exclusive colors as well.
Galaxy S25 camera expectations
Galaxy S25 is expected to be available in quad camera setup and it will use the same 200 MP camera. However, there is leak that it will also bring new 50MP sensor for Ultra-wide. The camera rings may be inspired from the recently released Galaxy Z Fold6.
Galaxy S25 processor and storage variant
Samsung is expected to return the 16 GB RAM variant with the Galaxy S25 Ultra devices. It is worth noticing that the company introduced the 16GB variant in previous modes of S series including Galaxy S20 Ultra and Galaxy S21 Ultra. But later it has skipped it for other modern device due to lack of usability but now the chances are high that it may return.
Meanwhile, if we talk about the processing, Samsung is reportedly using the higher clocked version of Snapdragon Elite for the Galaxy S25 Ultra devices.
