One UI 7 Ineligible Device: No smartphone manufacturer can provide never-ending software support to users. Based on the Android 15, One UI 7 major update will bring refined UI, enhanced privacy and security, improved multitasking, optimized battery, and new optimization gambits. However, many Galaxy devices will not be able to receive this much-awaited One UI 7 upgrade.
These Galaxy phones and tablets won’t get One UI 7.0 (Android 15)
Samsung has always been at the forefront of providing after-sales service to Galaxy consumers. Currently, the company offers up to 7 years of major OS upgrades and security patches, allowing consumers to keep their phones for a longer period of time.
Flagships released before the Galaxy S21 series will not be eligible for the One UI 7 firmware. The Korean tech giant has significantly grown software support across the range. However, some popular Galaxy A series devices like the A52, A72, and A52s are ineligible for One UI 7.
Android 14 will be the last major OS update for the Galaxy phones and tablets below. These Samsung devices will not get Android 15 and One UI 7, but they will continue to receive security patches for some time.
